This page provides publisher, hosting, and contact information for the Youngr mobile application (the "App"), in addition to intellectual property and regulatory notices applicable to the Service. Youngr is a brand and product of Legacy Media Kft.

2. App Store Identifiers

The App is distributed by Apple and Google under their respective store terms. Downloads, payments, and subscription billing are processed by the applicable platform store.

3. Hosting and Infrastructure

The Service runs on the following infrastructure providers:

Cloudflare, Inc. — serverless compute (Cloudflare Workers) and object storage (Cloudflare R2). 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
Supabase, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database hosting. 970 Toa Payoh North, #07-04, Singapore 318992.
Google LLC — AI inference API (Gemini) for meal analysis. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.

Because our infrastructure providers are primarily located outside the European Economic Area, personal data of EEA users is transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. We rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. A complete list of sub-processors and the legal basis for each transfer is provided in our Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 5.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, graphics, copy, software, and compilations thereof are operated and made available by Legacy Media Kft. and are protected by Hungarian, European Union, United States, and international copyright and database laws.

"Youngr" is the name and brand under which the Service is offered by Legacy Media Kft. No trademark is currently registered for "Youngr"; however, unauthorized use of the name, logo, or visual identity in a manner that creates confusion with our Service is not permitted.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Copyright Complaints

a) United States — Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your United States copyright, you may submit a notice under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) to:

Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Counter-notices should be sent to the same address.

b) European Union — Notice and Action / Digital Services Act (DSA)

If you believe that content in the Service infringes your copyright or is otherwise unlawful under EU or Hungarian law, you may submit a notice in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services. Send notices to contact@youngr.app, including: a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is infringing or unlawful; a clear indication of the location of the content (URL or in-app reference); your name and email address (except for content alleged to relate to certain offences against minors); and a statement of good faith. We acknowledge receipt and inform you of our decision and the available redress channels.

6. Regulatory Disclosures

a) Not medical advice. Youngr provides general nutritional information for educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a medical device under U.S. FDA, EU MDR, or Hungarian medical-device rules. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or supplementation.

b) AI-based food identification is approximate. Do not rely on the Service for food allergies, religious dietary observance, or medical dietary needs.

c) U.S. FDA disclaimer. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

d) European Union — health claims. Statements made within the Service are not authorized health claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and shall not be construed as such.

e) California Proposition 65. Where applicable to physical products referenced through the Service, we provide required Prop 65 notices. The App itself offers no physical products for sale at this time.

f) Accessibility. We strive to conform with WCAG 2.1 AA where applicable. If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact contact@youngr.app.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions purchased through the App are processed by Apple or Google under their respective store billing terms. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment terms are governed by those stores and by our Terms of Service. Legacy Media Kft. does not process credit card information directly. Apple and Google act as the merchants of record and remit applicable consumption taxes (including Hungarian VAT and EU OSS where applicable).

8. Governing Law and Disputes

The Service is operated by Legacy Media Kft. from Hungary. These notices and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of habitual residence. Our Terms of Service set forth the full rules applicable to disputes — see the Terms of Service for further details, including out-of-court dispute resolution channels available to consumers (the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
